Welcome to a kitchen without maps. The menu at Harry’s Piccolo Poreč draws a line that doesn’t exist between Italy, Croatia and Slovenia. Ingredients come from wherever they make the most sense. Each dish embodies a “kilometro-vero” approach as a philosophy. Langoustine meets ajvar, risotto meets plankton and lamb meets passion fruit. It’s food that is always in balance and always without borders.
Our wine cellar moves through Poreč, Trieste and the hills in between. These landscapes speak through every bottle, from Istria’s sun-drenched Malvasia and earthy Teran to Slovenia’s crisp Rebula and sea-borne Sauvignon and the stony character of Trieste’s Karst plateau. The cocktail list follows the same line. You may choose a signature like our Olive Negroni, opt for our take on an Istrian Sour or dabble in a cocktail crafted with homemade absinthe. Our whisk(e)y selection also knows no bounds, circling the world from Scotland and Ireland to Japan, the United States and Croatia’s very own creation.
